• Is such and such a product you have advertised as available on your website available?

No comment. ( I get this phone call about 3 times a day on average)

• Do you have (rattles off a species we don’t advertise/hasn’t bothered to look at website for 10 minutes before phoning)

We do not advertise trees we don’t sell or grow. Simple. We also do not plant source like a garden centre. It’s a complete waste of time.

Spring is busy. I have one part time staff member and myself. I’m not going to apologise for not answering the phone or emails for the next 8 weeks unless they show a level of basic self help, they are a thoughtful question or its an order for plants (please remember minimum spend is $165 online and freighted)
