About Coast Palms & Cycads
Opening way back in 2004, Coast Palms and Cycads is the Bay of Plenty‘s destination nursery for palm trees, subtropical species, bromeliads and cycads.
We have been supplying palms and cycads to the landscape trade and the public for 21 years and our palms can be seen gracing many public and private gardens and subdivision plantings around the entire country. We have supplied our plants as far South as Winton, in Southland, and as far North as Kaikohe, in Northland. Our Kentia palms and Clivia grace the grounds of Government House in Wellington.
We have four hectares of palm trees and subtropical plants from seedling size to seven metre high specimen trees in production.
For over two decades we have maintained a philosophy to produce strong, outdoor hardened specimens that will withstand our seasonal coastal and inland extremes. It‘s important to us that our customers leave here with the best possible care advice and expertise to maintain the condition of their palm investment.
