We can get phone calls from customers who have ended up at Bunnings Te Puke after using their phone Map App to find out our location. You will need to double check that your phone is displaying our correct location before setting out. Or you will get lost!!
Please feel free to contact us regarding sales and delivery of any of our plants (New Zealand queries only). As we are a New Zealand based company, dealing with New Zealand climactic conditions, we regret we cannot answer international enquiries regarding care and maintenance of palms and cycads.
We have a lot of enquiries about freight estimates and costs, which we duly spend a significant amount of time on working out then many people do not get back to us & we never hear from them again. It’s disappointing that most of the time we don’t even get a polite email saying “thanks for all the effort, but no thanks.”
We’ve come to the conclusion that there is an assumption of cheap freight spurring all of these enquiries & would like to make it clear that freight around New Zealand comes at a price.
The South Island will cost in the hundreds of dollars for a half pallet of small plants minimum, rural deliveries around both islands come at a higher rate because there will be freight sub-contractors involved in getting your purchase to you.
If the cost of freight is a deal breaker to you then perhaps a visit bringing a trailer will be the better idea. Or even better, get together with friends or family, do a bulk purchase & share the freight.
NB. If you want a freight quote for a plant, you must provide us with the grade and name of the plant. We also need the suburb of the locality you need it delivered to. We maintain a minimum spend of $165 including GST for all freighted purchases
We regret we cannot answer emails which do not specify this information.
