Online Ordering Process
We do not have an e-commerce shop online.
However, ordering is an easy 3 step process
- Plant Type (the common name or botanical name is required)
- Number of plants
Send the information required in Step 1 with your address, including suburb or area in an email to us. Please state clearly if you require a freight quote prior to ordering or would like to bypass a freight quote & go straight to receiving an invoice.
NOTE: Please be aware we cannot take online, freighted orders for less than $165 (excluding freight). We increase this the minimum spend to $300.00 excluding freight during our one and only Autumn sale.
Our minimum spend is based on the fact we do not charge for handling, packaging or admin costs when we freight. We absorb these costs. There can be a considerable time cost with organising freight. We have no minimum spend should you come and pickup your plants yourself from the nursery or if we deliver locally within the western Bay of Plenty region.

We will then send an invoice to you within two working days which will include our banking details for payment. We do not accept credit card payments.
We will require a very short email confirmation that payment has been made and then we will dispatch your trees with the very next available freight truck heading your way.
