Gift Vouchers Terms

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers can be used towards any Get Rooted Plant Studio or Coast Palms & Cycads products.

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or refunded, except as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid with another payment method.

If your purchase is less than the voucher’s value, any remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase, provided the voucher is still valid.

Please treat your voucher like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers may not be able to be replaced.
